PTA Fundraiser Goal: $15,000
This year, our PTA is raising funds to support programs and improvements that directly benefit our students and teachers. Your contributions will help us continue important PTA programs such as Classroom Grants, Teacher Appreciation, the Spring Dance,Teacher Start-Up Funds, and PTA general operating expenses.
In addition, we are working toward two exciting school improvements:
- A new library circulation desk for the Media Center to replace the bulky outdated one and better match the updated library furniture.
- Upgraded outdoor basketball goals for PE, replacing old equipment students can enjoy safe, long-lasting play.
What are PTA Classroom Grants?
Classroom Grants allow teachers to request additional resources that benefit all students in their classrooms. Thanks to PTA funds, past grants have supported:
- ELA poetry/writing manipulatives
- Spanish wipebooks
- Drama foam floor mat
- PE Care Closet
- ESL multilingual books
- ELA stools & Harlem Renaissance supplies
- Blacklights for “Cobwebs and Cocoa”
- Flexible seating
